Lg GS200 launched

LG has announced a new entry-level handset, the LG GS200, which is aimed at music lovers claiming a ‘rich and loud’ speaker. The GS200 is a candy bar phone and comes in black and red colorThe LG GS200 features a 2 inch TFT display with 176 x 220 pixels resolution, FM radio, music player, Bluetooth, 1.3-megapixel camera and up to 8GB microSD card slot and PC synchronization. It features an external speaker that delivers a “rich and loud” sound.

The LG GS200 is currently available only in Russia for just $130(around Rs.6000), but it should be launched in other countries soon.

Highest Glass Floor of the world in Chicago

If you're scared of heights, it may be time to look away now.
Not content with having the tallest building in America, the owners of Sears Tower in Chicago have installed four glass box viewing platforms which stick out of the building 103 floors up.
The balconies are suspended 1,353 feet in the air and jut out four feet from the building's Skydeck.

John Huston, one of the owners of the Sears Tower, even admitted to getting 'a little queasy' the first time he ventured out on to the balcony. However, after 30 or 40 trips, he seems to have got used to it.

The Sears Tower has always been about superlatives - tallest, largest, most iconic, he said.
The Ledge is the world's most awesome view, the world's most precipitous view, the view with the most wow in the world.
The balconies are 10ft high and 10ft wide, can hold five tons, and have glass which is 1.5 inch thick

Unfazed: Although some adults felt dizzy after experiencing the Ledge, children seemed to take it in their stride.Long way up: Even the floor of the platforms are glass - few were brave enough to look straight down

Micromax partners with Mtv,will launch Mtv x360 music phone

Micromax partners with most popular music television MTV and introduces a new music mobile phone, MTV X360 with best music on 3-D surround sound. The Micromax MTV X360 is a Dual SIM phone preloaded with Indian and International music from MTV. The MTV X360 incorporates 1.3 MP Camera, high fidelity earphones with noise cancellation, Stereo FM Radio, Bluetooth and long battery life.
The Micromax MTV X360 will be available in first quarter of 2010 and carries the Operating Price tag of Rs. 3750 in India

Unlocked HTC Tatoo launched in India

HTC has announced the launch of unlocked version of HTC Tattoo in India. The Tattoo is a touchscreen smartphone sporting the Android operating system.The HTC Tatoo features a 2.8-inch QVGA touchscreen display with 240×320 resolution, a 528 MHz Qualcomm MSM7225 processor coupled with 256MB of RAM and 512MB of ROM.

The other specification of the phone includes 3.2 megapixel camera, 3.5mm stereo headset jack and expandable microSD memory. The Tattoo also integrates HTC’s Sense UI and social networking oriented applications. Apparently, the phone does not support 3G. It integrates Google’s mobile services including: Google Maps, search, Google Mail, and Android market where users can download thousands of applications and games.The HTC Tattoo will be available at price tag of Rs.16,990.

2010 Chevrolet Camaro Indianapolis 500 Pace Car

Officials from Chevrolet and Indianapolis Motor Speedway unveiled the 2010 Chevrolet Camaro SS Indianapolis 500 pace car at the Speedway's Hall of Fame Museum.

"We've enjoyed a great partnership with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway throughout the years, and are proud to once again have the privilege of pacing the Indianapolis 500 in a Camaro," said Jim Campbell, General Manager, Chevrolet.

The 2010 Chevy Camaro Indianapolis 500 pace car is a 21st century sports car that looks to the future with a nod to both the car's and the race's heritage. The first year for Camaro to pace the Indianapolis 500 was in 1967, the year the Camaro made its debut. Camaro has since paced the race in 1969, 1982, 1993 and 2009.

This year's pace car features an Inferno Orange Metallic paint scheme with White Diamond rally stripes that travel from the front to the rear over the top of the body, as well as extending to the instrument panel. The design is a modern interpretation of the original rally stripe that debuted on the 1969 Indianapolis 500 Pace Car.

"Chevrolet has done it again with the 2010 Chevy Camaro SS Pace Car, it is simply beautiful," said Jeff Belskus, president and CEO of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Corporation. "The car's tribute to '500' history and its sports car feel will be a big hit with our fans, and it will look great leading the Indianapolis 500 field on Race Day."

The 2010 pace car is equipped with a stock 400 hp 6.2L V-8, an RS appearance package and leather interior with Inferno Orange interior accents. The pace car also features unique design cues that further enhance the Camaro's head-turning design. Features unique to the pace car include:

Starting at approximately $23,000, and offering an EPA-estimated 29 highway mpg on the V-6-powered car, the all-new Camaro is a budget-friendly sports car that doesn't sacrifice on performance. Despite the recent economic challenges, the Camaro has overtaken its closest competitor to lead the regular sports car segment in sales for the last six months. Chevrolet sold more than 6,000 Camaros in each of these months.

Established in 1909, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway has long prevailed as an icon of motorsports excellence. The 2009 racing season marked the 100th anniversary of the Speedway and the start of its Centennial Era, which continues with the 100th anniversary of the Indianapolis 500 Mile Race in 2011.
