Nokia to unveil N8, new numbering style

Nokia has planned to change its numbering style since N7x and N9x are nearly full. Earlier the company had announced that the first Nokia phone to have a 12 Megapixel Camera would be the Nokia N87. However,the phone  will now be known as Nokia N8.

The phone is expected to be launched sometime in the first half of 2010. Nokia N8 has a simpler User interface and is three times more efficient.
The phone will incorporate many advanced features which are being offered first time by a Nokia mobile, such as Symbian 3, HD Ready Video Recording at 30 FPS, video on demand service via the Ovi Store, and HDMI Output. The phone has a capacitive touch screen that measures 3.5 inches.
The company is expected to change its current numbering system for naming the phones to a new system in which the phones will named with letters, C for lower end, X for entertainment, E for business and emails, N for high-end and S for very upscale and limited edition.
The company is also expected to announce the launch of C series phones this month, including, Nokia C5 00, Nokia C3 00 and Nokia C5 01.
